The journey of Shri Krish Housing and Properties began in September 2018, driven by the vision of our founder, Mr. C. Radhakrishnan. Starting with a modest team of 60 dedicated marketers in a small office in T. Nagar, we set out with a single goal: to make land ownership accessible and transparent.

A Legacy of Rapid Growth

Our very first project in Illalur (OMR) was a testament to our commitment; it was fully sold out within just three months, signaling the market’s trust in our brand. By 2019, our family grew significantly, expanding to over 500 marketers and occupying three floors at our T. Nagar headquarters to accommodate our rising ambitions.

Today and Beyond

In a short span of just a few years, we have successfully launched over 11 major projects across Chennai.
